Here are the latest photos of the Dominion Beach restaurant showing the new glass and stainless steel  railings in front of the restaurant. Notice the sky is still blue even today!

Temperatures are forecast to rise to 21C by Saturday.

Here you can see the newly refurbished beach bar restaurant and there will be heating/airconditioning in for the festivities.
It wasn't very sunny yesterday, so I will take some more in the sunshine tomorrow.

Dominion Beach Rentals - 3 bedroom garden townhouse DB 179

We have on our books this year a brand new rental property, nº179. 

The townhouse is on 3 floors and has the following: on the 1^st floor, the bedrooms are furnished as one double bed bedroom and one with twin beds and both have en suite bathrooms. In the basement it has a twin bedded room and a bed sitting room, which share a bathroom with shower.  

On the ground floor is a cloakroom with toilet and washbasin, kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and a spacious sitting room and dining area which lead to the terrace and community gardens. The roof also has a small terrace ideal for sun bathing or barbequing.

Heating /air conditioning is standard, marble floors throughout and the style is one of restrained elegance. All our properties enjoy communal Wifi and Satellite TV.

The distance between the property and the beach pool is approx 150 metres and only 50 meters to the heated garden pool. The beach is right beside the beach pool. 

Prices start from 994€ (in winter) to 1.293€ per week and vary depending on the Nº of people staying (sleeps up to 8 people).

The apartment has a spacious sitting room and dining area which lead to the terrace where you can enjoy a 180ºC view of the Meditterranean coast and Gibraltar and Morocco.

Dominion Beach Rentals. Have you though about your plans for next summer?

The winter seems like a really long time to think about next years holiday but we have had many bookings already for next summer and August is looking almost full, so we recommend our clients to drop us a line and let us know what about their plans for next year.
We have not increased our prices since 2006 and we are still offering a 20% discount on all rentals with a weekly clean and change of linen. All rental clients will receive a complimentary welcome pack when they arrive and can just collect their keys from our safe on arrival at Dominion.

Why not take a day trip to Ronda?.

We are having such lovely weather here on the Coast it is hard to imagine the cold in the rest of Europe. This is the perfect oportunity to explore the area and get away from it all. So where to go? Well, if you have not had a chance to visit Ronda yet, it is a must.
Dating back to the 5th centruy AD, this historic town set in the mountains, with its old buildings and cobbled streets is one of the most beautiful places in Andalucia. It also has a lot of bullfighting history, a lot of great places to eat and shop.

First post ever

Well here we go! First of what should be many regular posts
We are having lovely weather here on the Costa del Sol still. Occasional rain but temperature today at 13.00 was 20 degrees C, so no complaints.
we are all starting to think about Christmas and have sent loads of Christmas cards off to friends earlier today
